SlamDance is a project of Crosspulse, performing a rowdy mix of a cappella singing, beatbox and tightly choreographed body music. Deeply rooted in jazz, funk and world music grooves, this ferociously talented ensemble will present new works from the Slammin All-Body Band dancers Keith Terry, Evie Ladin, Steve Hogan, Bryan Dyer, Namita Kapoor and Nuria Bowart.

The Slammin Rhythm Trio will act as House Band for Friday's concert, backing up festival artists and guest soloists. With Keith Terry - Body Music, Steve Hogan - Beatbox, and Bryan Dyer - bass vocals.

Slammin has been a cornerstone at the International Body Music Festivals, has performed at Lincoln Center Out-of-Doors Festival, WNYC's Soundcheck and Joe's Pub in New York City, Grand Performances in Los Angeles, SF Jazz Festival and other venues.
